Objective
You are able to interact in a goal-oriented way in business communication situations and take others into account. You can communicate professionally, understandably, consistently and convincingly in written and spoken Finnish. You know the special features of online communication and know how to produce online texts fluently and appropriately. You can give and utilize the feedback. You are able to assess your own communication skills.
