Teaching methods
During this course you learn the process of preparing, organising and implementing a customer event or exhibition. You can apply the appropriate marketing strategies and elements to implement a successful event. During the course we will be organising a real customer event and analyse the results.
You need to have previous knowledge of marketing or you need to have completed the courses of Introduction to Marketing, Customer Insight and Customer Experience and Digital Marketing or equivalent courses.
