- Different issues regarding Child Welfare in Finland such as support, control and power
- Risks and protective factors in childrenĀ“s life- Investigation the need for child welfare and child welfare procedure- Child and family specific work- Support of open care and substitute care in child welfare
- Working methods in child welfare

Basics of Child Welfare (2 credits):
The Aims of the study module are that the student is competent to understand and analyze the Rights of the Child, Participation of the Child, Right to Specific Protection and the Status of the Child in the global world.
Child Welfare Practices (3 credits):
The Aims of the study module are that the student is competent to understand and analyze Different issues regarding Child Welfare in Finland such as support, control and power.
