Tavoitteet

During this course you learn the process of preparing, organising and implementing a customer event or exhibition. You can apply the appropriate marketing strategies and elements to implement a successful event. You are also able to analyse the results by setting the metrics and evaluating the impact of different marketing and sales strategies and activities to create a successful event.

- Event planning process and tools
- Setting the targets, strategy and metrics to measure the results
- Sales and marketing tactics and activities for creating seamless customer experience
- Digital marketing activities to support an event and customer engagement
- Planning, monitoring and successfully organising an event

Opetusmenetelmät

During this course you learn the process of preparing, organising and implementing a customer event or exhibition. You can apply the appropriate marketing strategies and elements to implement a successful event. During the course we will be organising a real customer event and analyse the results.
You need to have previous knowledge of marketing or you need to have completed the courses of Introduction to Marketing, Customer Insight and Customer Experience and Digital Marketing or equivalent courses.
