Opetusmenetelmät

The aim of the course is to build competence in leading a project. The students learn the process, tools and skills in scoping, planning and implementing a project work. During the course the students will build a project plan by adapting and using the project management techniques, processes and tools systematically.

Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus

Work load of 134 hours comprises lectures 20 hours, seminars 14 hours and independent project work 100 hours.
