Tavoitteet

During the course, you will learn the key elements of team learning and understand the basic elements of entrepreneurship. This includes dialog skills, project planning, team building, networking and scheduling. You will have a team project that you will plan, schedule and execute during the course. You will also participate in tri-weekly dialog sessions. You will gain new perspectives and ideas to implement together with motivated like-minded people. You will also have the possibility to participate in other Business Academy (Y-akatemia) activities, where you are able to network and communicate with other students from a multidisciplinary background. You are able to reflect on your own team learning journey.

Harjoittelu- ja työelämäyhteistyö

The student is able to network with teampreneurs of Y-akatemia. The students will also have the opportunity to meet local companies and participate in work-life commissions.

Kansainvälisyys

The student will participate in the International Team at Y-akatemia that has strong connections to international team academies.

The student is responsible for their time management during the course.
