Objective
• Construct and adapt care plans for older adults in the context of climate adaptation

• Develop and implement training programs for HSC workers
Content
MC11 focuses on equipping health and social care workers with the knowledge and skills to address climate adaptation challenges in caring for older individuals. Learners will reinforce their understanding of climate change risks and impacts in their own work settings. They will learn to construct and adapt climate adaptation care plans tailored to the specific needs of older adults, and the methods for monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness. Learning will include methods to develop and implement training programs to empower colleagues and others.
