Objective

The student knows the core content of marketing law, regulatory guides, and self-regulation norms and can apply them in practice. The student is capable of implementing marketing in line with law.
The student knows the supervising authorities in charge of marketing regulations and understands their role in marketing.
The student improves his/her skills in retrieving juridical information relating to marketing law.
