- cultural diversity in Finland and immigration-related concepts
- Finland’s own traditional cultural minorities
- professional interaction, cultural differences, and their impact on human interaction
- international agreements and legislation, immigration policy
- social integration, adaptation, and prevention of social exclusion nationally and internationally
- ethical principles of multicultural work
- multicultural case management and strengthening the clients’ life management
