Osaamistavoitteet

The module will consists of theoretical lectures and practical training (excursion). Lectures will be related to Rural areas and their specifies, threats and opportunities. Background and milestones of the Rural Policy Development; future of the Policy, Key actors and common tools of the European Rural Policy in contemporary Europe, Specifies of the Rural Policy implementation in Finland, Hungary, Slovakia and The Netherlands – main challenges, actors, tools, target groups, case study.
