Objective

After this course, you will understand what is needed to set up and market an online store and you will be able to apply the skills in practice.

The entry level requirement for the course is the basics of digital marketing. (Basics of Digital Marketing course or equivalent).

Content

During the course, you will plan and implement an online store as group work in working life co-operation.

The course covers the following topics:
- What is a good online store like
- Various e-commerce platforms
- Marketing of an online shop
- Good customer experience in online shopping
- Legislation related to e-commerce
- Payment intermediaries and delivery methods

Further information

The course is taken at the same time as the Digital Marketing Channels course. Ideally, you should attend both courses at the same time.
