Objective

• To analyse existing responses and solutions of climate change effects on health
• To be able to plan and implement solutions in practical settings in context of health and social care
• To co-create the value of a climate adaptation strategy in health and social care organizations
• To appraise the older person's needs regarding climate adaptation
• To organize potential partners, having contact networks and knowledge of existing resources
• Analyze innovative solutions, focusing on the underlying processes and methodologies that drive innovation
• Identify existing responses and solutions addressing climate adaptation in older people
• Apply problem-solving strategies, decision-making processes and interprofessional teamwork strategies
• Quantify the change, measure the impact of sustainable strategies and interpret results.

Content

Adapting to climate change in older people's well-being services requires innovation, problem-solving and multidisciplinary cooperation. You surely have some good ideas as well!

The main contents of the course are:
- Innovation in social and health care
- examples of innovative solutions
- examples of innovative solutions in the field of social innovation
