In this course, you have the opportunity to start career planning in a guided way. In the course, you will identify your own strengths and interests and get to know the career options in your field. During the course, you start making a career plan. A career plan is a personal plan that you can supplement throughout your studies and that you can use in planning your future in the future.

Contents:
- recognizing one's own strengths
- surveying one's own interests
- getting to know your field as well as work and further study opportunities
- starting a career plan

The course is studied independently online. The student receives feedback on the career plan he has made. Students also have the opportunity for personal career coaching during the study period. You can book appointments with a career coach at urapalvelut@karelia.fi

During the course, you will identify your own strengths and areas of interest and get acquainted with the career options in your field. During the course, you will start making a career plan. A career plan is a personal plan that is supplemented throughout your studies.

- starting a career plan

The course is studied independently but under supervision. The student receives written / oral feedback on their career plan.
