Student:
- learns the basic analytical concepts used in analyses of media contents and how they are applied in critical analysis.
- understands the different ways media influences us and how to deconstruct them.
- recognises media influences in one's own environment and activities.

Basic theories and concepts of media content analysis and how to apply them; media analytical concepts in theory and practice; critical analytical discussion based on student assignments.
