Osaamistavoitteet
The course examines welfare in a European context. It gives comparative perspectives on caring professions. The students will be examining how social welfare services are organised differently in different places; how some countries have developed particular approaches and concepts, or even different caring disciplines and professions; and how different client groups are identified and helped by professionals. The students will be examining services to support people across the human life course, from birth to old age.

Ilmoittautuminen kevättalvesta 2023. Opintojaksolle on erillinen haku.
Opetusmenetelmät
Kyseessä on intensiiviopintojakso, joka sisältää sekä virtuaaliopetusta että opetusta paikanpäällä Saksassa Vechtan yliopistossa 11.-17.6.2023.
Opintojakson suorittaminen edellyttää aktiivista osallistumista sekä etä- että lähiopintoihin, ryhmätehtävien tekeminen sekä itsenäinen englanninkielisen raportin kirjoittaminen opintojakson keskeisistä sisällöistä.
