A) Multidisciplinary Client Processes and Service Counselling 4 cr

- You are able to define phases of work processes of the applied gerontology professionals; first stage evaluation, needs' assessment, planning and aims' specification, definition of support and assistance, process evaluation and process closing
-You are able to assess, plan and implement need-based service entity of older people as a part of multiprofessional collaboration
-You are able to choose individual, statutory services and forms of support for older people
- You are able to create an individual service/care/rehabilition plan in multiprofessional collaboration
-You are able describe and apply case-management as an work orientation
-You are able to analyse guidance of older people and implement guidance considering individual needs
