Objective
You understand the use of the ultra precision manufacturing and measuring methods. You learn to use the advanced measuring tools and understand their possibilities and limitations. You understand what kinds of operations are needed to make dimensionally accurate products.

The teaching language of the course is Finnish if there are no exchange students in the course.
The exchange student must also choose the course, Precsion engineering. An exchange student is required to have a basic knowledge (120 ECTS) in mechanical engineering studies.
